Jess has developed the knowledge of yoga over the years and is now passionate about teaching and sharing of yoga practice. Through regular practice of Yoga, she has overcome injuries on her ankles, Plantar Fasciitis and Piriformis syndrome. She has benefited much from yoga practice.
Certified 200hrs Yoga Teacher, trained with Tirisula Yoga, Yoga Vedanta Training Academy, under Master Paalu Ramasamy and Satya Chong.
Certified 50hrs Yin Yoga Teacher training by Arhanta Yoga.
Certified "The Art of Adjustments" trained by Vari Morales.
Knowledge of Dual zone Myofascial, trained by Nelson Chong, Functional Training Institute.
Her style of teaching is gentle, friendly, as she provides step-by step-guidance when changing poses. She applies mindfulness and functional in her practice and constantly upgrade herself to remain professional and updated.
